How to make powdered eggs

Scramble the eggs and cook in a saute pan. Break up the eggs into small pieces and place on a solid sheet. Dry at 135° F for approximately 10 hours. Powder the dried pieces through a blender. Store in a zip lock bag or in a glass jar with a tight lid.
